When discussing leadership, Simon Sinek makes the following observation: “Leadership is about empowering others to achieve things they did not think possible.”

Whilst this is a noble aspiration, empowering others is not as easy as it seems.  Many of us struggle with empowering others as we try to overcome ‘control’ issues.

To overcome those control issues and empower others I believe you must first understand yourself. Through this process you will develop a greater sense of self-awareness that will enable you to LEAD others, not just manage them. You will be able to inspire people to join you on the journey to create the vision for the future.
